We can now confirm that the venue has been booked for Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th September at Baden-Powell Scout Centre, Pomona Street Pennant Hills NSW. Attached is a preliminary School Registration / Expression of Interest form that if you could complete and email back will greatly assist in the planning for the event. Note we are only requesting indicative numbers at this stage which we understand may change as we get closer to the date.
At this stage we are planning separate mat areas for different activities including a program to encourage greater aikido and bjj participation - subject to the feedback on the forms.
At the camp last year we also conducted a NOAS (Officiating) course around the camp program … so if this would be of interest please indicate when completing the form including how many people could be interested – note there would be a separate NOAS course charge
